Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Site Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role requires extensive experience in luxury villa construction projects, with a strong background in structural, concrete, and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily site construction activities to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Oversee structural, concrete, masonry, and finishing works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure all site activities comply with project quality requirements, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, technical documents, and site instructions.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate progress, quality, and safety records.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and material management activities.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and communicate project updates to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Proven experience in luxury villa projects with strong expertise in:
• Structural Works
• Concrete Works
• Finishing Works
• UPDA Certification is preferred.
• Previous experience working in Qatar is highly preferred.
• Valid Qatar ID with eligibility for sponsorship transfer.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project execution, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
