Senior Civil Tender Engineer

We at P.Zone International are looking for a Senior Civil Tender Engineer To manage and prepare tenders for water-related projects (swimming pools, fountains, and water systems) from initial document review to final submission, ensuring accurate, competitive, and high-quality technical and financial proposals that support the company’s business growth.

Senior Civil Tender Engineer

Location:

Cairo , Egypt

Job Description:

Review and analyze tender documents (drawings, specifications, BOQs) and fully understand the project scope.

Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for civil works (concrete, waterproofing, finishes).

Price project items in coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.

Prepare technical proposals (method statements, materials, compliance).

Prepare financial proposals including cost analysis and profit margins.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure a complete proposal.

Issue and follow up on RFIs and attend pre-tender meetings when required.

Analyze project risks and propose value engineering solutions to optimize cost.

Ensure timely and high-quality tender submission.

Follow up on tender results and support post-tender negotiations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

7–12 years of experience in tendering.

Preferably experienced in swimming pools, fountains, or landscaping projects.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Strong experience in BOQ analysis and pricing.

Knowledge of waterproofing systems and water feature construction.

Strong cost analysis and estimation skills.

Proficiency in:

Advanced Microsoft Excel

AutoCAD

Primavera (preferred)
