About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Civil Structural Engineer for our partner company Antilla Estate Private Limited, a leading real estate developer known for premium residential and commercial projects in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in structural design, analysis, and site coordination, with a proven ability to deliver technically sound, cost-effective, and constructible solutions. This is a full-time position based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, with occasional site visits as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design and analysis of RCC, steel, and composite structures for residential and commercial projects.
• Review and validate design calculations, structural drawings, and specifications as per applicable codes (IS, ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocode).
• Collaborate with architects, MEP, and construction teams to ensure design coordination and buildability.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design or structural issues.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and draftsmen.
• Ensure design quality, safety, and compliance with client and statutory requirements.
• Contribute to innovation in design, BIM integration, and sustainability practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant experience in structural design and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of structural codes and standards (IS, ACI, AISC, Eurocode, BS).
• Proficient in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, Tekla, Revit, and related software.
• Solid understanding of construction materials, detailing, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits as required.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial structures.
• Exposure to seismic design, retrofitting, and value engineering.
• Experience working with premium real estate developers or consultants.
