Senior Civil/Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Civil Structural Engineer with 1.5 to 5 years of experience in structural design and analysis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in STAAD.Pro and capable of leading design efforts for steel and RCC structures across industrial, oil & gas, and substation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead structural analysis and design using STAAD.Pro for complex steel and RCC structures.
• Review and validate design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including drafting, fabrication, and site execution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycle.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to project planning and decision-making.
• Identify design risks and propose effective engineering solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1.5 to 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with strong command of STAAD.Pro.
• Proven experience in industrial, oil & gas, and substation structural systems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
