Senior Claims Adjuster Workman's Compensation - state of Montana; minimum5 years experience required

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Claims Adjuster – Workers’ Compensation for Montana at JME Claims LLC. As a Senior Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing and investigating workers’ compensation claims in Montana. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting thorough reviews of claims, assessing liability, determining coverage, negotiating settlements, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will work closely with claimants, employers, attorneys, and medical professionals to gather information and ensure timely resolution of claims. Adjuster responsible for calculating wages. Multi-state experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a claims adjuster in workers’ compensation
• In-depth knowledge of Montana workers’ compensation laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in claims processing
• Proficiency in using multiple claims management software systems
• Montana workers’ compensation adjuster license required
• Must live in the state of Montana
• Professional certifications in workers’ compensation are a plus
