Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muharraq for a Senior Client Advisor. The Senior Client Advisor will manage client relations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through personalized service and consultation. Key responsibilities include providing tailored jewellery recommendations, addressing customer inquiries, managing orders and follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue objectives. The role also involves fostering long-term customer relationships and contributing to a luxury retail experience that aligns with Al Zain’s brand values.

Qualifications
  • Strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication
  • Familiarity with insurance policies related to luxury retail is highly valued
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Prior experience in high-end luxury retail or jewellery sales is preferred
  • A diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an asset
