This role focuses on delivering high-quality client servicing, ensuring seamless placement and administration of insurance programs, supporting the development of SME propositions, and driving strong client relationships to achieve business growth and retention objectives. The Client Manager will actively support the Sales Team in business closures and client acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management & Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Corporate and SME clients; manage day to day client requirements; conduct regular client meetings; prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Placement & Market Engagement: Work closely with insurers to negotiate competitive terms; ensure placement alignment with client requirements; maintain strong market relationships.
  • Premium & Financial Management: Oversee premium collections and reconciliation; coordinate with finance to resolve outstanding premium issues.
  • SME Proposition Development: Support design and implementation of tailored SME insurance solutions; contribute to product innovation.
  • Sales Support: Prepare proposals and technical inputs; accompany Sales Team members for client meetings and negotiations.
  • Operational Excellence & Compliance: Ensure activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate client records and compliance checklists.
Qualifications
  • Thorough understanding of corporate risks broking in a multinational broker.
  • Strong business relationship building with clients, insurers, and associates.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and deadline meeting skills.
  • Confidentiality protection of sensitive information.
  • Effective teamwork and cross functional collaboration.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and similar applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and a desire for professional growth.
