What You'll Do
As a Senior Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist at CORA, you’ll:

Monitor financial performance vs. budgets and standards to assure results are attained within the sub-region. ( 4-5 clinics on the west side of Jacksonville)

Train Clinic Managers on CORA policies and procedures, operations, and marketing.

Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.

Act as a leader and mentor Clinic Managers.

Participate in marketing CORA to new regional clients/resources.

Maintain contact with key major referral groups.

Monitor customer service – questionnaires/reports to ensure high quality clinic product.

Conduct one on one meetings with Clinic Managers weekly.
What You’ll Need
-
Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).

3+ years of clinical experience
-
A passion to learn, grow, and make an impact.

3+ years of experience leading clinical teams.
-
Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Ability to introduce and effect change in a fair, but firm and trustworthy manner.
-
Ability to manage multi-facility operations with an emphasis on teaching Clinic Managers and Senior Clinic Managers how to positively impact the metrics and propose innovative solutions to key challenges.

Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationship with staff, patients, referral sources, and all other CORA personnel.
