*Position:* Senior Clinical Nurse

*Experience Required:* 5–10 years (ICU, Homecare, Critical Care)

*Location:* Vishakapatnam

*Reports To:* Operations Manager/Clinical Head

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Nurse with a strong background in ICU and advanced homecare to lead patient assessment, staff training, and clinical operations across our homecare business.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including ICU setup and rehabilitation cases (dialysis, stroke, post-surgical care).

- Demonstrate and supervise clinical procedures such as Ryle’s tube placement, suctioning, Foley catheter care, PEG feeding, medication administration, and infection control.

- Train and evaluate home nursing staff (GDA, MPHW, ANM, GNM) to ensure clinical competence before assigning them to patient cases.

- Conduct knowledge checks, provide feedback, and deliver ongoing staff development sessions.

- Visit patient homes with the operations team to assess patient conditions, contribute to care planning, and ensure high standards of care.

- Mobilize additional clinical staff and resources when required for patient care or special assignments.

- Support lead generation and business growth by building positive relationships with hospital staff, organizing medical camps, and increasing company visibility for clinical excellence.

- Maintain accurate documentation, care records, and clinical reports using basic computer systems or telehealth tools.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate strong leadership in patient and staff management.

- Exhibit empathy, emotional resilience, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability in diverse homecare environments.

- Display effective communication, time management, and organizational skills for patient interactions and teamwork.

Qualifications

- B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid registration

- Minimum 5–10 years of clinical nursing experience (preferably in ICU, critical care, and homecare settings)

- Demonstrated competency in staff training and team leadership

- Proficiency in clinical procedures relevant to home healthcare

- Computer literacy for healthcare documentation and virtual consultations

- Strong interpersonal, training, and relationship-building ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
