What You’ll Do
As a Senior Clinical Research Analyst, you will:
- Conduct Medicare Coverage Analyses for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with CMS rules and billing requirements
- Interpret clinical trial documents (protocols, ICFs, schedules of events) and translate them into clear coverage and billing guidance
- Develop and support the creation, review, and negotiation of clinical trial budgets
- Complete study calendar builds in client CTMS
- Participate in client meetings and ensure high quality service delivery and client experience.
- Partner with fellow analysts and client research sites to understand client needs and exceed expectations
What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, economics, or a related analytical field
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience with Medicare Coverage Analysis for clinical trials
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience completing OnCore calendar builds
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work confidently with complex information
- A track record of producing accurate, high-quality work and meeting deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

This position is intended to be a full time role, but may have some flexibility to start in a part time or limited capacity for the right candidate.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Medicare Coverage Analysis for clinical trials: 2 years (Preferred)
