Senior Clinical Sales Specialist - Cardiovascular

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Clinical Sales Specialist to drive adoption of electrophysiology solutions and support physicians and patients in the cardiovascular domain.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment.
- Educate customers on all electrophysiology products to optimize usage with technical and clinical information and in-service training.
- Collaborate with peers to share best practices and increase value for customers.
- Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account.
- Create awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitate contact with key decision makers to drive incremental business.
- Maximize customer case support capability through proper planning and scheduling techniques.
- Drive collaboration and maintain consistent communication across the local team and support teams and partners.
- Develop and share best practices with UAE Field Sales and Service colleagues and internal partners.
- Develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships within and beyond the EP lab.
- Stay current on company product instructions, best practices, technical troubleshooting, and relevant literature.
- Prioritize and respond to requests in a high-stress environment while maintaining composure.
- Engage in diagnostic dialogue with internal and external partners and formulate solutions.
- Provide mentoring for new team members as requested.
- Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail from customers, practitioners and partners.
- Perform administrative work, including managing account documentation, compliance training, expense reporting, and system input.
- Maintain Safe Fleet standards according to company guidelines.
- Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental practices for subordinates.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Education: University/bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or Technical Education.
- Experience: 4-6 years in electrophysiology (3D Mapping / CRM).
- Experience in cardiovascular field working in electrophysiology or CRM.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Experience in direct patient support in a Cath Lab.
- Ability to provide support to physicians and patients whenever required.
- Availability for emergent patient care.
- Ability to travel 80%+ within the region.
