Senior Sales Closer

Work Location: On-site – PIA Road, Lahore
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month + Lucrative Commission

About the Role

We're expanding our sales team and are looking for a Senior SEO Sales Closer who can confidently turn qualified prospects into long-term clients. This position is best suited for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in digital marketing campaigns, particularly SEO services.

Please Note: This is not an SEO Specialist position. We are hiring a Senior Sales Closer who has successfully sold digital marketing services and has a proven ability to close deals.

What You'll Do

• Engage with qualified prospects through phone and virtual meetings to understand their business needs.
• Recommend suitable SEO and digital marketing solutions based on each client's goals.
• Lead negotiations, address concerns, and confidently guide prospects toward a purchasing decision.
• Manage opportunities from initial consultation through signed agreement.
• Achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining high closing ratios.
• Keep CRM records updated with sales activities, follow-ups, and deal progress.
• Coordinate with the lead generation team by providing feedback that improves lead quality.
• Deliver a professional and consultative sales experience to every prospective client.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of proven experience closing SEO or digital marketing service deals.
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and sales targets.
• Solid understanding of SEO services and how they provide value to businesses.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing an active sales pipeline.

Preferred Experience

Applicants with experience in digital marketing agencies, BPO sales, international outbound sales, or performance-based sales environments will be given preference.
