This role requires expertise in cloud infrastructure and security to design and maintain technical assets for customer-facing initiatives. These assets support demonstration experiences and interactive learning programs. You will partner with subject matter experts and demo specialists to create, test, operationalize, and support scalable solutions for broad use. You will manage your time and workload to meet customer needs and project deadlines and will own your projects, working under the guidance of your manager or project team as needed.

Core responsibilities include:

• Acquiring comprehensive understanding of both technical and business aspects of customers’ products and features prior to solution development.
• Developing cloud-hosted environments to showcase the features and advantages of customers’ products and services.
• Integrating relevant data and content to support specific demonstration scenarios.
• Automating the processes related to content hydration, usage monitoring, and governance within environments.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge regarding advancements in Microsoft cloud services and serving as a subject matter expert within the organization.
• Collaborating with team members, project managers, and stakeholders to discuss strategic approaches, architectural frameworks, and implementation plans.

This is a full-time, mid- to senior-level IT professional role offering exposure to the latest hybrid cloud technologies, with experience administering cloud, on-premises, and network infrastructures. Prior experience in IT or infrastructure administration is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have most of the following qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience working directly with internal or external customers on organization-wide infrastructure systems.
• Ability to sift through ambiguity, understand the end goal, and decipher clear steps for execution to achieve the goal.
• Analytical mindset for troubleshooting and optimizing solutions.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies as a tenant or infrastructure administrator.
• Understanding technical details with an ability to translate complex product features into an effective and compelling demo story.
• Thorough understanding of Zero Trust security principles.
• Prior experience using scripts (PowerShell, ARM deployment templates, Azure CLI).
• Experience configuring, baselining, and automating virtual devices or VM deployments.

The following skills are highly desirable or expected after three to six months on the job:

• Building automations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and Power Automate.
• Fluency with the Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell scripts to develop applications for, or automate tasks in Microsoft online products, especially Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Defender, and related security products.
• Ability to write and deploy infrastructure as code (IaC, such as Terraform) targeting automations in Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud platforms.
• Use available AI tools to boost productivity, automate tasks, and shorten production cycles.

Salary: This is a full-time, salaried exempt position with a salary range of $120,000 to $165,000, depending on experience.

Benefits: 3Sharp pays 90% of employee insurance premiums (medical, dental, vision) and offers a 401(k) match. New employees accrue 4 weeks of PTO in their first year and receive 9 paid holidays.

Remote Operations & Business Hours: 3Sharp is based in Bothell, WA, and operates primarily as a remote workplace. Occasional in-person meetings may be scheduled by management. We prefer applicants who live in Washington State but are open to exceptional candidates from nearby states. Our core business hours follow Pacific Time to support collaboration and consistency.
