Senior Coffee Barista Hiring

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Coffee Barista to lead daily coffee operations, maintain high beverage standards, and support the training and development of junior baristas. The ideal candidate is skilled, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, and specialty beverages
• Ensure consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation
• Train and mentor junior baristas
• Monitor inventory and assist in all area needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
• Support daily opening and closing procedures
• Assist incase of Events in all preparation and more.
• Report directly to Manager.

Requirements

• MUST 2+ years of Senior barista experience (specialty coffee experience preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Leadership and team training experience
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Food safety certification (preferred)

Pay: AED2,900.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
