Senior Collection Officer

Role Overview:
The Collection Officer will handle payment follow-ups with clients, ensuring timely collections while maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients regarding outstanding payments.
  • Negotiate and agree on payment plans.
  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue amounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Coordinate with finance and management on collection status.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business.
  • 4–8 years’ experience in collections or customer relations.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
