Senior Commercial Manager - Construction

The project:

Mace is delivering project management services for a major development featuring vibrant shopping malls and world class entertainment venues in Egypt.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring structures, tools and responsibilities deliver excellence.
• Address subcontractor claims and changes, managing commercial and contractual correspondence.
• Produce monthly client applications, approve invoices and issue IPCs.
• Manage consultants’ and specialists’ fees, ensuring compliance with commercial and legal procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
• Embed sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives, contributing to Mace’s net zero transition goals.

You’ll need to have:

• Professional membership (MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE) or equivalent demonstrable development.
• Proven experience delivering construction projects and programmes with strong management expertise.
• Commercial and financial acumen, with ability to lead diverse teams and build stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of sustainability, carbon reduction and project management practices shaping project delivery.
