Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Planning & Performance Specialist to support KoçDigital’s commercial strategy, financial performance, and sales effectiveness.

In this role, you will play a key part in executing commercial plans, managing revenue and profitability tracking, supporting P&L governance, and ensuring financial transparency across business units. You will work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to align budgets, forecasts, and commercial priorities with overall company objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute KoçDigital’s commercial plans and roadmaps in line with strategic and operational goals
  • Lead income assurance activities, including project revenue calculations and profitability analysis versus budget
  • Support P&L management by tracking revenue and cost performance and ensuring financial transparency across business units
  • Manage the company budget, conduct monthly tracking and forecasting, proactively flag deviations, and coordinate corrective actions
  • Support sales planning and development activities; prepare sales targets, coordinate regular sales meetings, and monitor sales budget performance
  • Prepare and report monthly closing figures, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial data
  • Collaborate closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to align budgets, forecasts, and commercial strategies
  • Analyze business model performance and define short- and mid-term improvement actions


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial planning, budgeting, financial analysis & reporting, or sales development
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, revenue assurance, and forecasting processes
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Highly proactive with a strong can-do attitude
  • Strong planning, follow-up, ownership, and accountability skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments
