Senior Commercial Valuation Surveyor

Our client, recognised for being at the forefront of best practice in property consulting, is seeking MRICS commercial valuers from newly qualified through to Associate Director to support their continued success.

At Surveyor/Senior Surveyor level, you will carry out inspections, build robust models, and produce high quality Red Book reports, engaging with clients and delivering service that reflects the firm's reputation.

What do you need to be successful?

• Degree in Real Estate or a related field
• MRICS
• Solid understanding and proven experience valuing commercial assets
• Experience with Argus Enterprise
• DCF and ideally some modelling experience.
• Strong client handling, clear communication with ethical approach
