Senior Commercial Valuer -MRICS

Job Purpose:
The Senior Commercial Valuer is responsible for conducting accurate and professional valuations of commercial and residential properties in line with RICS/IVS standards and company policies. The role requires in-depth market knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide high-quality valuation reports for banks, corporates, and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct valuations of commercial properties, including offices, retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments .

· Collect, analyze, and verify market data, sales transactions, and rental evidence to support valuation conclusions.

· Prepare high-quality, accurate, and timely valuation reports that meet regulatory, client, and internal quality standards.

· Review and ensure compliance with International Valuation Standards (IVS), RICS standards, and local regulatory requirements.

· Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to junior valuers within the team.

· Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.

· Keep up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.

· RICS-qualified (MRICS/FRICS) or equivalent professional accreditation is preferred.

· Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in commercial property valuation.

· Strong knowledge of UAE real estate markets and regulatory framework.

· Excellent analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in valuation software and MS Office applications.

· Strong communication and client relationship management skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
