Role: Communication Designing

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in art direction, communication design, or branding with a luxury brand, design studio, or creative agency.
Proven track record in leading and inspiring creative teams. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality creative work across media.

About the position-
We are looking for a visionary senior communication designer to lead and elevate the brand's creative direction across all touchpoints. This senior leadership role demands a highly conceptual thinker, an experienced visual storyteller, and a refined brand custodian with an eye for luxury aesthetics and design excellence.
The Senior Communication Designer will oversee a multidisciplinary creative team, including graphic designers, photographers, and content writers, ensuring alignment with the brand's ethos. As a key partner to the Brand Director, you will play a strategic role in crafting a cohesive brand narrative through innovative visuals and impactful communication.
Job Requirements and Skills:

Job Skills:
1. He or she will have to be an outstanding storyteller.
2. Deep understanding of luxury, art & craft.
3. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and presentation tools.
4. Deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
5. Knowledge of motion graphics, web design, and UX/UI principles is an advantage.
6. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.

Creative Leadership & Strategy
  • Define and drive the overarching visual and communication strategy for the brand across digital, print, packaging, and experiential media.
  • Mentor and manage a creative team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional brainstorming sessions, integrating insights from branding, marketing, product, and content teams—design ideation & execution.
Visual Design & Communication
  • Direct and review the creation of compelling visual content—graphics, editorial layouts, motion graphics, campaign assets, and brand collaterals.
  • Ensure all design expressions are aligned with the brand's visual identity, luxury positioning, and storytelling objectives.
  • Oversee creative execution of all internal and external communications, including digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and print materials.
Campaign Direction & Execution
  • Conceptualize, direct, and produce visually striking campaigns that reflect the brand's aspirational positioning.
  • Partner with photographers, stylists, and content writers to execute shoots and produce brand-forward visual assets.
  • Work in collaboration with PR agencies to ensure consistency in tone, message, and aesthetics across all communications.
Digital Experience & UX Oversight
  • Oversee the creative development of the website and digital touchpoints, guiding UI/UX enhancements to elevate the user experience.
  • Lead the visual direction of e-commerce assets, newsletters, and digital advertisements.

Brand Integrity & Design Governance
  • Serve as the guardian of brand aesthetics, ensuring consistent visual language across all formats.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and uphold design excellence across all content and marketing materials.
  • Direct the development of editorial and marketing tools, including lookbooks, brochures, and internal documents.
Team & Workflow Management
  • Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary creative team to deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
  • Establish and streamline creative workflows, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Maintain well-organized design systems, libraries, and asset management protocols.
Research, Trends & Innovation
  • Stay abreast of design and cultural trends, particularly in luxury, craftsmanship, and visual storytelling.
  • Research and integrate emerging design practices to maintain a forward-thinking creative approach.
