Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate your on-site team to deliver top-tier resident experiences and operational performance.
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including financials, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Guide the community through the tax abatement transition, including verifying income for current residents without complete documentation.
- Ensure resident files include required income documentation
- Monitor compliance benchmarks and ensure all documentation meets Affordable Housing standards.
- Foster a positive team culture and strong relationships with residents and the surrounding community.
What you’ll need to Succeed:
We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, confident in Affordable Housing compliance, and excited to lead. Ideal Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Affordable Housing or income-qualified housing experience (required).
- Direct experience with income verification, compliance audits, and file documentation.
- Solid knowledge of Fair Housing laws, tax credit or abatement programs, and Affordable Housing practices.
- Prior experience leading teams and managing multifamily properties.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with property management software (OneSite & Yieldstar preferred).
- CAM or CPM certification preferred although not required.
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
