Senior Compensation Benefits Analyst (Emirati)
- Support the team to ensure effective implementation of the compensation and benefits structure, changes and amendments in line with company strategy and market competitiveness.
- Becomes an SME to the STI and LTI structures and programs across the Group.
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and analyzing compensation-related data to support internal decision-making. This includes helping prepare models to simulate salary, bonus, and benefits scenarios under guidance.
- Prepare data sets to support our market benchmarking activities.
- Support in setting the companys pay and benefits structure.
- Assist in preparing a program budget and operate within that budget.
- Support the day-to-day administration of Short-Term Incentives (STI) and Long-Term Incentives (LTI), including data preparation, tracking, and employee communication.
- Support the annual cycle by helping prepare internal communications, support materials, and employee awareness sessions alongside more senior team members.
- Review submissions of rewards nominations, discuss forced distribution and budget allocations with GCEO and CPCO.
- Ensure internal equity of rewards/increments/progression across the group for fair distribution.
