Senior Compensation Specialist

We are hiring a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review salary structures, allowances, and employee benefits programs.

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.

• Participate in compensation surveys and provide recommendations based on market data and internal equity analysis.

• Support annual salary reviews, promotions, and compensation adjustments.

• Prepare compensation reports, analytics, and cost analysis.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

• Support job evaluation and grading activities in coordination with Organizational Development.

• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams regarding payroll and budgeting matters.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

• 4–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.

• Strong English communication skills are required.
