Job Title: Compliance Manager – Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM)
The Compliance Manager (RCM) is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s regulatory compliance framework. This role ensures that the company adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while minimizing compliance risks. The Compliance Manager will lead compliance initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and provide expert guidance to business units on regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities:Regulatory Compliance Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) framework in line with applicable regulations and organizational objectives.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations.
- Maintain an updated regulatory obligation register and ensure timely compliance with all requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and coordinate responses to inquiries, inspections, and submissions.
Compliance Risk and Control
- Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and ensure alignment with the enterprise risk management framework.
- Identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
- Monitor implementation of remediation actions and report progress to senior management.
Policy, Procedures, and Documentation
- Draft, review, and update compliance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure ongoing alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Ensure all departments adhere to compliance-related processes and maintain documentation for audit readiness.
Monitoring, Auditing, and Reporting
- Develop and execute a compliance monitoring and testing plan.
- Track and report key compliance indicators and breaches to senior leadership.
- Prepare periodic compliance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and board committees.
Training and Awareness
- Design and deliver compliance awareness and training programs for employees at all levels.
- Promote a culture of compliance, ethics, and integrity across the organization.
Audit and Investigation
- Support internal and external audits related to compliance.
- Investigate compliance breaches, report findings, and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay abreast of changes in the regulatory environment and emerging compliance trends.
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certification in compliance or risk management (e.g., CRCM, CCEP, CAMS, ICA) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, governance, or risk management, preferably within [insert industry – e.g., banking, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.].
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
