Position Description: The Senior Compliance Manager assists the compliance and leasing department in managing the day-to-day operations. This role works closely with the property managers, residents, and liaises with other departments to coordinate all aspects of daily operations for recertification and leasing, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records. This role handles the process of verifying tenants' income and eligibility for continued occupancy, alongside managing the leasing and renewal of rental units at Spring Creek Towers. The Senior Compliance Manager communicates regularly with tenants to provide direct assistance and is responsible for performing a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in planning and executing projects, including training team members.
This role has significant levels of responsibility and accountability for operational delivery.
