This is a hybrid role for Atlanta location.

What will you contribute?

  • Responsible for protecting the company’s intellectual property, ensuring customer adherence to licensing requirements, mitigating revenue leakage and promoting positive customer relationships.

  • Collaboration with a variety of functions including sales, finance, legal and engineering teams.


Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Overall responsibility for end-to-end management of EMEA compliance efforts including overseeing the collection and analysis of usage data, contract terms and other relevant information.

  • Role will have a particular focus on negotiation of compliance resolutions to ensure protection of Finastra intellectual property along with positive outcomes for Finastra customers

  • Responsibility for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the EMEA sales teams from all business units

  • Responsibility for ongoing forecasting of EMEA compliance revenue


Required Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree required, Advanced degree preferred, Legal focus preferred

  • Minimum 5 years in License Compliance role
