Follow up on the implementation and application of the risk assessment and assessment mechanism on all economic aspects.

Preparation and implementation of reports, indicators, and statistics for the compliance function

Ensure all inquiries received from local, federal, and international authorities are addressed or responded to within the specified time.

Audit and review investors' data and ensure compliance requirements available in the Department's and Free Zones systems.

Audit the Data of Beneficial Owner Application for Companies with Medium and High-Risk Assessment

The Preparation of circulars on the Compliance activities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

Receive and close all investor applications on the Abu Dhabi Government's Customer Relationship Management System and understand the requirements.

Review regulatory and legislative requirements and ensure that they are reflected in business practices in the applicable work systems.

Follow up on technical problems related to investors' requests in coordination with the technical team at the Department.

Implement any amendments or improvements to the Emirate's existing compliance program.

Participate in the completion and analysis of questionnaires required by the Department.

Providing all the required data and statistics relevant to those concerned internally or externally.

Carry out periodic inspection procedures for compliance requirements in labor regulations.

Follow up on all incoming requests to support compliance requirements.

Perform any tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Preferred scientific qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
