Senior Concept Architect

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Design Manager to ensure architectural deliverables are of high quality, coordinated, and on time for all deliverables.
• Strong creative and conceptual design abilities.
• Expertise in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D visualization tools (V-Ray, Lumion).
• Excellent knowledge of architectural trends in residential and Commercial buildings.
• Ability to create compelling design presentations and deliverables.
• Portfolio:
• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual designs for residential and Commercial projects.
• Examples of innovative, modern, and sustainable design solutions.

Requirements

• +10 years of relevant experience
• Pro-active, Design-oriented architect who has in-depth architectural detailing knowledge.
• Good leadership skills and a team player.
• Must have experience in producing high-quality concept designs.
• Candidate should be competent in the use of REVIT in designing and modelling. The competency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and photos would be beneficial
• Candidate should be experienced in the use of Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with clients, and internal teams to refine concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
