Senior Concept Architect

With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice – Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.

As a Senior Concept Designer – Taskforce, reporting to the Head of Concepts and based at our Design Studio in the Al Hudaiba Awards Office, Dubai, you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects — approximately 70% residential, along with other developments by Azizi, including hospitality, labour accommodation, and retail projects.

Responsibilities include

• Lead the conceptual design phase, translating client needs into compelling architectural concepts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive project development.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design decisions.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine proposals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to integrate into designs.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to their professional growth.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software.
• Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Should have at least 8 years total experience; 5 years should be in the UAE
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Should have strong experience in REVIT BIM
• Extensive experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong creative vision and ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
