Alongside exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (set to become the second tallest tower in the world) and Monaco Mansions , Studio 360 continues to expand its capabilities to support a growing portfolio of transformative projects.

Our multidisciplinary team seamlessly integrates Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors, and Supervision to deliver innovative, design-led, and value-driven real estate assets that define Dubai’s evolving skyline and lifestyle landscape.

As a Senior Concept Architect, reporting to the Head of Concepts and based at our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards Office in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architectural vision of AZIZI’s diverse portfolio of residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities include

• Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings.
• Utilize 3ds Max and other rendering software to create high-quality visualizations of interior and exterior spaces.
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and visual storytelling to effectively communicate ideas.
• Conduct research on materials, finishes, and construction techniques to ensure designs are both innovative and feasible.
• Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in 3D modeling and architectural rendering.
• Proven experience as a Design Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and rendering work.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, spatial design, and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in other design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Architect.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Rhino, with strong BIM knowledge.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects from concept through detailed design.
• Solid understanding of building systems, materials, and local codes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
