The project:

Providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for a luxury high-rise residential development in Dubai, delivering expert oversight across planning, design coordination, and execution to ensure the successful delivery of a premium living experience.

You'll be responsible for:

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Ensure decisions, plans, and reporting align with project goals and Mace values.
• Ensure ethical, compliant, and sustainable project delivery.
• Champion safety, well-being, and inclusive practices throughout construction and handover.
• Lead and manage project delivery with precision and accountability.
• Supervising and managing site construction activities across all disciplines.
• Ensuring that contractors' work is executed in accordance with project specifications, timelines, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Conducting regular site inspections, managing construction schedules, progress reporting and identifying and mitigating delays.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Strong construction management expertise.
• Proven experience managing high rise residential projects in UAE.
• Professional membership or equivalent development.
