Senior Construction Manager

The project:

This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury-use development in KSA. Mace is providing project management consultancy services.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead construction delivery teams, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and performance management.
• Drive business priorities across construction, digital, and responsible practices.
• Lead safety, wellbeing, and quality deliverables onsite.
• Act as the primary onsite interface between the client, contractors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
• Ensure construction activities are delivered within the approved budget and value engineering opportunities are identified.
• Manage relationships with client representatives, design teams, and external authorities.
• Champion continuous improvement and embed net zero carbon transition.

You’ll need to have:

• Minimum 15 years PMC and Main Contracting Experience, International and Middle East, Large scale mixed development projects including luxury developments.
• A mix of large infrastructure and build project knowledge would be ideal.
• Expert knowledge of construction methodology and safety.
• Proficiency in digital platforms and Mace Standards.
• Proven experience managing large, complex work packages.
• Degree or recognised construction qualification with professional accreditation.
• Comfortable working in a remote location environment.
