Senior Construction Operations Manager

You will oversee operational planning, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and support the successful delivery of major construction and engineering initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Construction Operations Leadership:
Oversee daily construction and engineering operations including project coordination, workforce management, contractor supervision, and operational performance monitoring.

Project Delivery Management:
Ensure construction projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to approved engineering and operational standards.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor project managers, site supervisors, engineering teams, and operational personnel. Conduct performance reviews and support staff development initiatives.

Operational Planning:
Develop and implement operational strategies that improve project efficiency, resource allocation, workflow coordination, and construction productivity.

Health and Safety Oversight:
Maintain compliance with construction safety regulations, company policies, environmental standards, and operational risk management procedures across all project sites.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with executive leadership, clients, consultants, contractors, and external partners to support project goals and operational requirements.

Performance Monitoring:
Track operational KPIs, construction progress, budget performance, and quality assurance metrics while supporting continuous operational improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years of experience in construction operations, engineering project management, or infrastructure development, including at least 1-2 years in a senior leadership role.

Leadership Skills:
Strong experience managing large construction teams, coordinating complex operational activities, and maintaining high standards of project execution.

Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of construction operations, engineering project workflows, safety compliance standards, and infrastructure development processes.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management platforms, construction reporting systems, operational planning tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Communication Skills:
Excellent English communication skills are required for operational reporting, leadership coordination, and stakeholder management. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
