Senior Construction Site Supervisor

Boulevard Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing team in California. This is a full-time, on-site role for a results-driven professional with strong leadership and extensive field experience in commercial and infrastructure construction. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple job sites while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all on-site construction operations from mobilization through closeout.
• Supervise site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with California Building Code, Cal/OSHA, and company standards.
• Develop and maintain schedules, manpower plans, and logistics layouts.
• Lead daily safety meetings and uphold a zero-incident culture.
• Conduct inspections to maintain quality and compliance with approved specifications.
• Monitor budgets, labor, and materials while controlling project costs.
• Perform timely analysis of materials, equipment, and services needed for each project.
• Manage emergency situations effectively to avoid schedule disruption.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and local agencies for approvals.
• Maintain detailed daily reports, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Track progress using project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project.
• Mentor and support junior supervisors, promoting company values and standards.
• Ensure compliance with CEQA, SWPPP, and CALGreen environmental requirements.
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and client handover with full documentation.

Qualifications
✅ 10+ years of progressive field supervision experience in commercial or infrastructure construction.
✅ Proven expertise in California Building Code, Cal/OSHA, CEQA, and local permitting.
✅ Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and MS Project.
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
✅ Experience handling site emergencies and coordinating material or equipment shortages.
✅ Valid California Driver’s License and willingness to travel between project sites.

Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar commercial or public works projects.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
