Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Consultant located in New Cairo. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing client engagements, conducting market research, developing and implementing strategic plans, and providing expert advice on real estate investments. The role includes leading project teams, presenting findings to clients, and ensuring project deliverables meet high-quality standards. Effective communication and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and investment strategies
• Project management, strategic planning, and client engagement experience
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Experience with financial modeling and data analysis is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
