This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Consultant, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for providing professional real estate consulting services, managing client relationships, advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and more. The role involves conducting market research, generating leads, preparing and presenting reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Expertise in Real Estate Consulting and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Market Research, Data Analysis, and Reporting Skills
• In-depth knowledge of legal requirements and regulatory compliance
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
