Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, advising clients on market conditions, preparing documents, and assisting in negotiations. The role requires continuous communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, and developing strong relationships with potential buyers and sellers.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales, property management, and customer service
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the local property market and current trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using real estate-related software and technology
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
