Job Description & Summary

A career in our SAP Cloud practice, within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.

In our SAP Cloud team, you'll work with our clients to transform their enterprise processes by leveraging SAP S/4HANA Cloud essentials edition to enhance their core transaction processing and reporting competencies ultimately strengthening their ability to support management decision making and corporate strategy.

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in delivering at least two full-cycle EC implementations , demonstrating deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and a strong understanding of HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Configure EC modules including employee data, workflows, business rules, and organizational structures.
  • Conduct system testing, data validation, and user training.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Time Management, and IT.

Required Qualifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (mandatory).
  • Minimum of2 full lifecycle EC implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals).
  • Exposure to integration tools like SAP CPI or Dell Boomi.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
