Job requirements:
Candidate should have minimum 6+ years of experience in designing and/or implementing in SAP ECC Or S4 HANA HCM Modules for GCC countries.
Candidate should have Payroll implementation experience for GCC countries UAE/KSA/Kuwait/Egypt and Oman localizations
Candidates are preferable who has done at least 4 end to end implementation experience in SAP/S4 HANA HCM modules like OM/PA/
Time (
-ve and +Ve) and integration with SF is preferrable
Candidates should have knowledge in BIB configuration along with GCC countries payroll expertise.
Candidate should be able to fix the integration issues between SF and SAP Payroll based on localizations issues.
Experience in integrating SAP HR solutions with SuccessFactors using middle ware Dell Bhoomi/CPI platform.
Candidate should have fair knowledge in data synchronization b/w SAP/S4 HCM and SF.
Candidate should be strong in implementing PCR for critical time and payroll scenarios
Knowledge in ABAP is value added
Preferable who having project management skill set to execute end to end project.
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment in diverse teams.
Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
