Are you a seasoned Occupational Psychologist or in a similar field with HR related expertise in the field of Outsourced Assessments or Training and Development? Do you have experience in delivering and guiding complex customer consulting projects and solutions and an interest in business development to assist the growth of the ME business? Hybrid working is available, based in Dubai, UAE. Able to travel within the Region when required.

What you will be doing:
  • Scope and direct the delivery of a variety key complex projects both local and cross border, including Talent Management, Outsourced Assessments, Training, Product Consulting projects.
  • Form trusted relationships with senior level and C suite customers and contribute to strategic opportunities with technical advice on products and solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership, guidance and challenge, to design and deliver intricate solutions.
  • Leverage products, processes, solution offerings and influence global organisational resources to fulfil customer needs as well as guiding outcomes to demonstrate value, secure new and repeat business, drive renewal and growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement by fully exploring and exacting customer needs and maximising value of solutions and packages available.

What we are looking for from you:

Essential:
  • Significant Occupational Psychology, Consultancy or HR experience including workplace assessment and development.
  • Customer facing experience delivering and managing customer projects and solutions
  • Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.

Desirable:
  • Chartered Occupational Psychologist or equivalent in the HR field (e.g. CIPD/MBA)
  • Level A and B (intermediate) accreditation by the BPS
  • A persuasive and credible networker - with techniques to develop existing opportunities and leverage new ones
  • Strong team player
