The Senior Consultant- Bid Management plays a critical leadership role in driving business growth by leading and overseeing the end-to-end bid management function within the malomatia. This includes managing the full RFx lifecycle (RFI, RFP, RFQ), ensuring timely, high-quality, and competitive proposals that align with the company’s business strategy. The role collaborates closely with sales, presales, delivery, finance, legal, product, and partner teams, while engaging senior stakeholders and clients to secure new business opportunities and optimize win rates.


Qualifications & Experience

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

•Arabic speaker, with proven ability to develop and deliver complex technical documents, proposals, and presentations in Arabic.

•Minimum of 15 years of experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, Pre-Sales, or Sales Operations within the IT industry, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role leading team of senior consultants.

•GCC experience of at least 5 years.

•Demonstrated track record in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary IT bids and shaping presales strategies.

•Strong knowledge of IT solutions, services, and digital transformation offerings.

•Practical experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and bid management tools.

•Candidate preferred to be already in Qatar.
