The Impact You'll Make

As a key contributor to our SAP Data Migration initiatives, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to SAP S4/HANA. Your expertise will directly influence the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of our global data operations. By driving data integrity and process excellence, you’ll help shape the foundation of our digital transformation journey and empower business decisions across geographies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and developing SAP BODS jobs for data migration and integration projects.
• Creating and maintaining technical design documents (TDDs).
• Building Power BI dashboards to visualize data migration outcomes.
• Conducting unit testing and maintaining detailed log books for job changes.
• Executing end-to-end mock cycles and rehearsals for assigned data objects.
• Managing defect resolution and incident updates.
• Supporting production hypercare and collaborating across teams during critical phases.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their technical development.
• Ensuring adherence to frameworks, version control, and code movement protocols.

What We're Looking For

We seek a skilled professional with 5+ years in SAP Data Migration, including at least one S4/HANA project.
A Master’s or UG degree in Engineering and strong E2E business process knowledge are essential.
Hands-on experience with SAP BODS 4.2, SQL, and various transformation techniques is required.
Global project exposure and flexibility to travel internationally are important.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills are key.
Ability to work across time zones and support global systems is expected.
Knowledge of Power BI, LTMC, and SOLMAN/Charm is a plus.
