Senior Consultant - Change Management

Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and managing the IT Change Control process, ensuring all system changes are properly assessed, approved, and implemented. It involves defining and enforcing IT Change Management policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards. The position requires close collaboration with project managers and IT teams to integrate change activities into project plans and ensure effective communication and coordination. Key responsibilities include conducting impact and risk assessments for proposed changes and facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings with stakeholders and subject matter experts for informed decision-making.

  • Collaborate with project managers and IT teams to integrate IT Change Management activities into project plans and ensure that changes are effectively communicated and coordinated.
  • Conduct impact assessments of proposed changes to evaluate potential risks and impacts on IT systems and services.
  • Facilitate change advisory board (CAB) meetings to review and approve changes, involving relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts for decision-making.
