Senior Consultant - Financial Modeling and valuations

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with experience in investment analysis and financial modeling. This role is critical in supporting strategic decision-making through robust financial evaluations, scenario modeling, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Investment Analysis & Business Case Development

• Lead the development of comprehensive financial models to evaluate new projects, renewals, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct multi-scenario analysis to assess ROI, IRR, and risk-adjusted returns.
• Prepare memos and presentations for the management, including hurdle rate sensitivities and scenario-based recommendations.
• Develop decision-tree frameworks to guide optimal investment and contract structuring.

Advanced Financial Modeling & Valuation

• Build and maintain dynamic financial models for project evaluation, capital allocation, and strategic planning.
• Perform DCF, NPV, and IRR analyses to assess the financial viability of initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions and refine financial forecasts.
• Conduct cash flow sufficiency and sensitivity analyses to support long-term planning.

Dashboarding & Performance Monitoring

• Design and implement strategic dashboards to track key performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Ensure dashboards provide real-time, actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
• Continuously enhance dashboard functionality based on stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA Level 1, CAIA Level 1, CPA, or ACCA preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• UAE driver’s license preferred (value-add for site visits and stakeholder meetings).
