Senior Consultant, Functional - Tech

• Analyze the HR business requirement / business gaps and suggest suitable solution
• Design and development of RICE components
• Familiar with AIM methodology and documentation
• Interface with users and process owners to develop "buy in" and support, develop business implementation strategies and address specific issues that may arise during an Oracle implementation.
• Assist business users in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle HRMS modules.
• Actively troubleshooting and testing solutions to minimize chance of error
• Performing process analysis, design, setup, testing, implementing and documenting various solutions
• Conducting user training, providing support and resolving any issues that may arise to maintain user satisfaction
• Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures and policies are met at all times
• Provide all the necessary progress reports on a regular and required basis
• Data migration and user support
• All other job-related duties, as assigned
  
  

The ideal candidate should have strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle application coding standards with hands-on implementation experience in Oracle HRMS modules. They must have completed at least two full cycles of Oracle HRMS implementation in version 11.x/12.x, along with good experience in Oracle Taleo Cloud setup and configurations. The candidate should be able to perform process analysis, design, setup, testing, implementation, and documentation, and must have experience in the design and development of RICE components, writing Payroll formulas, and EBS API and web service development and deployment. Strong working experience with development tools such as Oracle Developer 2000, Developer 6.x (reports and forms), SQL, and PLSQL is required, along with good oral and written communication and presentation skills.
