• Currently, we are on the lookout for an Senior Consultant – Innovation & Artificial Intelligence as an outsourcing opportunity who can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Innovation and AI strategies aligned with organizational objectives and digital transformation priorities.
• Design, manage, and evaluate hackathons and innovation challenges to generate practical, scalable solutions linked to institutional KPIs.
• Establish and operationalize Innovation Labs and AI Labs, including controlled Sandbox environments for experimentation, rapid prototyping, and pilot testing.
• Promote innovation awareness across the organization through structured programs, workshops, and executive engagement initiatives.
• Align innovation and AI initiatives with national standards such as the Digital Government Maturity framework and international benchmarks including the Global Innovation Index.
• Define and implement measurable innovation and AI performance indicators, ensuring impact tracking and continuous improvement.
• Assess organizational innovation maturity and evaluate employee creative capabilities, digital proficiency, and advanced digital dexterity.
• Conduct structured maturity assessments covering AI readiness, data governance, digital capabilities, and innovation culture.
• Develop comprehensive AI strategies including use-case identification, data readiness evaluation, governance models, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities such as automation, predictive analytics, generative AI, and intelligent decision-support systems.
• Design and deliver executive-level training programs to enhance digital fluency, creative problem-solving, and innovation leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in innovation strategy, AI advisory, or digital transformation consulting.
• Proven experience in hackathon design, innovation lab setup, sandbox implementation, and AI strategy development.
• Strong understanding of digital government standards, innovation indicators, and maturity assessment frameworks.
• Experience in AI technologies include machine learning, generative AI, data analytics, and automation.
• Experience in assessing digital maturity and workforce creative and digital capability development.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and stakeholder communication in Arabic and English.
