Pay Range: $85 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills;" Organizational Design/ Development & Operating Model Expertise ", “Senior Stakeholder & HR Partnership”, “Change & Transition Implementation”
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in organizational design and related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of organizational theory, design principles, and business strategy.
• Experience with restructuring, mergers, or large-scale organizational transformations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with organizational design tools and methodologies.
• Conduct organizational assessments to evaluate current structures, roles, and processes.
• Design and implement organizational models, including reporting structures, spans of control, and role definitions.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment between organizational design and talent strategies.
• Develop transition plans and support implementation of new structures, including communication and change management activities.
• Provide expertise on organizational design principles, benchmarking, and best practices.
• Analyze organizational effectiveness metrics and recommend improvements.
