We are looking to hire a
Senior
Consultant – Organizational Development & Talent Management
who will be responsible for driving and executing the organization’s development strategy, leading change management initiatives, and ensuring the successful implementation of talent and organizational development programs for
one of the leading semi-government organizations in the region.
This position is a contract role with a duration of
6 months and is renewable.
The Consultant will work closely with the
Human Capital leadership team
to design and deliver strategic initiatives related to talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The role will play a key part in shaping the
company’s human capital strategy, fostering continuous improvement, and enhancing workforce capability across all functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement talent management and organizational development strategies, programs, and systems aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.

Drive change management initiatives and organizational design improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Define and establish a long-term talent strategy, including critical job identification, succession planning and leadership pipeline development.

Evaluate and enhance policies and procedures related to Talent Management, OD, and succession planning to support employee career progression.

Serve as a subject matter expert to leadership and HR teams on all aspects of talent management and organizational development.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key talent metrics, including engagement scores, succession planning effectiveness, and talent retention rates.

Lead the development of skill matrices and competency frameworks to assess and strengthen the organization’s talent base.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of OD and talent programs.

Support employee engagement initiatives and gender equality programs, including surveys, workshops, and team-building activities.

Benchmark best practices in OD and talent management to continuously improve policies and processes.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a
related field.

8–10 years of experience
i
n organizational development, talent management, or change management, with
at least 5 years in a leadership role
within a multicultural environment in the UAE.

Professional certifications such as
OD Certified Professional, Talent Management Certified Professional, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD
are preferred.

Strong expertise in succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement.

Excellent analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to use data to measure program success.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
