Job Summary Seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Reporting specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in Employee Central Core and Employee Central Reporting modules Job Description Serve as a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Reporting focusing on Employee Central Core and Employee Central Reporting Apply deep knowledge of Employee Central processes and data models within global organizations Utilize strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex business requirements and reporting needs Contribute to continuous enhancements and support activities for SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions Leverage experience in system configuration data modeling and HCM cloud best practices Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills when working with crossfunctional teams Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features and recommend relevant improvements Roles and Responsibilities Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions Perform fitgap analysis between client needs and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central functionalities Configure and optimize Employee Central Core and Reporting modules in alignment with business blueprints and best practices Prepare and execute test cases test plans and scripts for quality assurance of reporting solutions Provide consulting services on HCM best practices and support clients in migrating to SAP HCM Cloud solutions Work handson with data models XML MDF foundation objects business rules and workflows Support system translations and upload translation packs as required for Employee Central Reporting Ensure smooth operation and timely support for Employee Central Reporting addressing issues promptly Maintain uptodate documentation for configurations and reporting solutions
