Business Analyst for Analytics is responsible for collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and recommend solutions to improve business processes and achieve strategic goals
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.

Create, maintain, and deliver impactful reports and interactive dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance

Collaborate with business stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance) to understand their needs and gather detailed business and data requirements.

Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications, user stories, or functional requirements

Analyze and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement.

Develop data-driven recommendations and solutions to optimize workflows and increase productivity.

Act as a liaison between technical teams (data engineers, data scientists, developers) and business users to ensure a shared understanding and successful project outcomes.

Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to present findings and secure buy-in for new strategies

Support the design, testing, and implementation of analytical solutions, systems, and applications.

Contribute to the creation of test cases and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering, etc..

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a related analytics role.

Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
-
Experience with data visualization and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).

Solid understanding of statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to a non-technical audience.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Exceptional critical thinking and strategic problem-solving abilities.

Highly organized with strong time management skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects.
